No more parents telling them what to do, no more chores, and a chance to forget their troubles. Although most books aren’t as aiding, Diary of A Wimpy by Jeff Kinny will help you through your troubles. The main character Greg has a obnoxious family, two annoying brothers, and a mom that sees Greg and his brothers as babies.
Most kids would think that their lives are tough but until you read this book you will be glad you have the life you have. Normally the parents are the things that get on the Childs nerves and while you think you have it bad; Greg the main character has it worse than ever. The mother is always trying to get Greg to participate in family games, traveling, and worst of all homemade clubs. She makes a club in one of the chapters that is about classic literature and everyone must bring and read a book every week and to make it even worse she invite the kids around the block. You might not think that bring other kids into the pain that you must indorse but it is worse. Others sucked will only bring more pain because most will just hate you or not talk to you ever.
Before reading the book, think of what your life is like and all of the good things. After reading the book think of all of the differences from your life and Greg life and see how good your life is. Notice that your life isn’t bas and be lucky for the life you have and be great full at the same time. You probably think how do “I” Survive this but thing of the others and how they survive.

                                                                                                           Nightmare

It was dark, the trails were hard to spot. The rain kept coming down, beating my raincoat like a drummer, I could hardly see the dark figure pursuing me from behind. Time was not on my side, the shadowy figure was gaining on me. I could see a cabin through the rain just a few yards away. using my last burst of energy to reach the safe haven. I close the door behind me, I lock it tight and pray for my life !Bang! My pursuer slams on the door, I start to cry. I never knew that coming to a camp would make me lose two friends, and even my own life. My chaser hits the door hard, making death feel closer with every bang. It becomes silent, I use the time to think of a way to escape, my options are limited. The only things I have on me are a hair comb, a bobby pin, and a camp brochure. It has been silent for almost twenty seconds but for me it felt like forever. My killer must have given up, for now. I make my way towards the door, hearing for footsteps outside the walls of the cabin. The rain keeps coming down, asking me to come outside. I think of the friends I have lost, how the killer has picked us off like rats. The floor boards creak as I cross the small cabin. I reach for the doorknob slowly. Crack- a twig breaks just behind the cabin. I become tense and tune into the sound of the rain, and the howling of the wind. I wait anxiously for something to happen, nothing. My hand wraps around the doorknob. The window behind me crashes, the dark figure lunges through the window faster than I could run. I feel a sharp pain in my shoulder, I scream out into the rain, but nobody is listening. The winds laughs at me as it engulfs my screams into oblivion. I fall to the ground knowing this is the end. The last thing I see is the face of my killer, laughing at my suffering. Darkness surrounds me.
